New Interior Design Trends for Window Treatments
Design trends are constantly shifting, but rarely do you see as much of a change as we have seen since the start of 2022. The previous few years have been variations on the same theme: cool neutrals such as gray and minimalist presentations. However, current design trends have gone in almost the opposite direction. Warm colors, primarily earth tones, and a mixture of solid textures are popular now. Decor leans away from minimalism and towards curated collections of items, particularly those with attached meaning. Vintage, heirloom, and even antique items are featured pieces once again. In 2022, comfort and personality are critical features of interior design trends.
We’ve broken down some of the key elements of current interior designs and paired them with some of our favorite Hunter Douglas window treatments to get your home up-to-date with the latest fashions.
Warm Tones
Warm colors, such as earth tones, have replaced the grays and whites of recent years as the most popular colors for interiors. Window treatments are an easy way to change the color tone of your space.
